“Artistes Must Take Time In Releasing Their Songs ”- Akwaboah Snr Tells

‘Widely held’ highlife musician/ songwriter, Kwabena Akwaboah Snr has cautioned all up and coming artistes not to rush in releasing songs.

Speaking on Accra based TV3, Kwabena revealed that, some artistes rush to bring out songs which he advised, it’s not the best move.

According to him, ‘it’s a say’ when one rush in life, he or she crashes, therefore he cautions all artiste to exercise patience when writing and releasing songs.

“Artistes must take time, sit down and relax for their music. When writing, your ears, eyes, nose, mouth and everything involved must be in contact with your music.”

Kwabena explained, fans always expect more from their artistes that’s why he recommends all to take time and always impress their buffs with any release songs.

 “Don’t think after your first hit the crowd will be ready for the next because they expect that the second should be an improvement of the first.”
