Editor of Modern Ghana; Emmanuel Ajarfor has filed a law suit against the Inspector General of Police and the Attorney General alleging them of violating his right to personal liberty, fair trial and human dignity after the National Security stormed his office and arrested him.

The Modern Ghana Editor was arrested from his office and held for few days. He however alleged of being tortured by National Security operatives. A fellow reporter who was part of the ordeal denied; Emmanuel Yeboah Britwum has since denied being tormented.

The High Court suit is seeking for orders by the Attorney General to put on trial the officers alleged to have a hand in torturing Mr. Ajarfor and to release of all seized items back to him plus compensations according to Citi News report.
